You pay per monthly injection use

- First month:
You pay for 1 month supply of injection (injected weekly) + Initial consult fee $30
- 2nd month:
Send a request by text. No visit required.
Send message if you want refill of same dose or you wish to increase dose. Medication is mailed for 1 month use.
Refills are not sent automatically.
- 3rd month:
Follow up appointment is needed on this month. We will visit on weight, side effects, and nutrition. Fee $39.99
Follow up call 15 minutes
-Next upcoming months: same as above. F/up every 3rd month until you reach your goal
-Maintenance months: Once you reach your weight goal, you may continue to pay as you go for your maintenance injection dose monthly. Appointment is only per patient request.
